Values and Principles
My 15 years of the journey from a graphic designer to Sr UX Manager have taught me many values and principles, and below are a few well knows secrets of success that I follow.
Start from users’ point of view
Everything else will fall in place organically when we keep users first.
Own it
Take responsibility and own design throughout the product life cycle.
Have a deep product knowledge
It's essential to have a deep understanding of product, market and business vision for effective problem solving
Timely Feedback
Giving and taking timely feedback helps to gain agreement and express confidence.
Align with common goals
Set up a transparent process to enable the individuals to align with common business goals and march towards them.
Measure and mature
Design is an iterative process that needs measurable metrics to mature. Seed it.
